Change of Address Monitoring
- Patriotic ID shall provide you with a Change of Address Report in the event a change of address has been found utilizing your name and address. This will allow you to see, for example, if an identity thief has processed a change of address already to divert mail or open new accounts.
- You will receive an alert should your address information provided be changed or updated.
Full-Service Restoration
- The Customer Care Center will transfer all Restoration calls to a Fraud Resolution Specialist in the United States to handle restoration services for Members.
- Patriotic ID will provide full restoration services that include obtaining limited power of attorney (LPOA) from Members, when applicable.
- Identity Restoration is available Monday–Friday 7am-5pm (PST).
